a la mode is currently searching for Indpendent Design Associates throughout the U.S. to conduct home parties and personal design sessions.
a la mode provides the opportunity for clients to be creative, and as a Design Associate you will assist clients in designing their own handbag to express their own personal style!
Our Design Associates enjoy the freedom of conducting parties without the pressure of sales quotas and meeting deadlines. They also receive excellent commission, bonuses and promotional opportunities.
We provide a protected sales territory, ongoing training and support, as well as forward sales leads based on location. Leadership opportunities are also available to successful and interested Associates.
Sales kits are $275, $325 or $375. Kits are inclusive of items in kits from lower levels.
